Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Premium includes your own custom domain. Standard gives you an agency subdomain on homelistboard.com.

What happens to my listings if I cancel?

You can export your listing details and photos before cancellation. Published pages are taken offline after the subscription ends.

Is the platform available in Amharic?

The current platform is available in English, with Amharic support planned for agencies that need bilingual listings and client communication.

How long does setup take?

Most agencies can be set up in a few days once your agency name, logo, contact details, and initial listings are ready.

Do you support ETB payments?

Prices are listed in USD with an ETB equivalent shown on the pricing section. Contact us to confirm the current payment method for your agency.

What happens after 3 months on the free plan?

Free plan sites that stay inactive for 3 months may be removed. Active agencies can upgrade to Standard or Premium to keep growing.
